This private pavilion is a site-specific exploration of programmatic and perceptional flexibility. It functions both as a studio, bath house, guest cabin and as a rotating viewing platform. The entire structure is designed around a rotating central pivot to open panoramic views of the landscape. Within the structure operable wall panels allow the transformation of the space into sleeping-, eating-, working environments.

The pavilion is composed of pre-fabricated elements of dimensional lumber, plywood, and translucent panels mounted on a salvaged excavator swivel mechanism.
